-Express shipping is just $30 (or free for orders over $300) and should get to you in just 3 business days.

-If you live anywhere else in this wonderful world, standard shipping will cost you $35 (or free shipping on orders over $300).

Most of our standard shipping options do not include tracking (unless stated otherwise). ALL of our shipping options require signature on delivery (for your packages safety AND your own, since there will be proof if you haven’t received it).
ALL of our express shipping includes tracking and often SMS tracking as an option.
Delivery times are estimates only. Shipping may take longer due to holidays, customs etc.
Customs may charge duty/taxes on arrival.
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Return requests due to change of mind, wrong size etc will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided you adhere to the following conditions:
-Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, original packaging/tags)
-In accordance to health and safety regulations swimsuits and intimates will not be accepted due to hygienic purposes, along with all accessories (sunnies, flasks etc.).
Please email us as soon as possible with reason for return, order number and which item it is you wish to return. We will respond asap with instructions on how to proceed from there.
-Shipping fees will only be covered for faulty items or if we messed up on our end.
-To ensure a most accurate image of each product is displayed, we do not enhance colours and shoot most products on our models body so customers can accurately assess their desire for an item. Atlas Divine cannot be liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us.
-All discounted and promo sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not do refunds for change of mind/wrong sizes etc. Exchanges for returns will be done using online store credit (you will receive a code and will have 28 days to use it). This code will be sent to your email once the item is received and approved. If it is not approved (ie. does not follow the above rules), it will stay in store until payment for return shipment is provided. Returns cannot be processed through our IRL (physical) store. Processing returns may take a few days so please be patient with us.

For faulty or incorrect items, please email us first at email@example.com for instructions on how to precede. Please send photos with this email if applicable. We will most likely reply within 12 hours every day of the week (excluding holidays). Below is more info while you wait for your reply.
If an item is faulty we will need to send it back to the supplier so it can be assessed. If it is deemed to be a manufacturing or design problem, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost and refund your order to your account. If it is faulty due to wear, we will have to keep it in store until we receive payment to cover the shipping costs to send it back to you. We check all orders thoroughly for faults, damage etc before sending.
We check all orders before sending, but if you do receive the incorrect items (not what is on the invoice) please send us an email. If we have sent items you did not order, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and send you the correct items if in stock (if not, we will refund your full order).
